I earned my master’s degree in HR and became SHRM-SCP certified, diving deep into the world of people operations and discovering that, with the right tools, leadership can be transformative instead of destructive. That’s what happened to me. My passion for talent management grew out of those rough experiences, and I vowed to ensure that no one under my watch would have to endure what I did.
